This is the iOS version of this error. The Android error is "Login Failed".
This error message normally occurs when you try to log in to the Ebook Reader while you are connected to a VPN.
To fix the issue please disconnect from your VPN and then log in to the app. Once you are successfully logged in you can then reconnect to your VPN.
To tell if you are connected to a VPN look at the status bar at the top of your device. On iOS devices it will display the letters "VPN" with a rectangular outline. On Android devices it will display a key icon (although you can hide the icon from the status bar without disconnecting from the VPN, so please do bear this in mind).
If you are sure you are not connected to a VPN and you still receive this error please ensure you are typing both your username and your password correctly. This is by far the most common reason for login failure.
Once you are absolutely sure this is not the case, it may be worth using the 'Forgot password?' feature to ensure you have the correct password.
Otherwise, if your password contains any special characters (i.e. Æ ë ß ©) this may also be causing problems with the login process.
It is also possible there is a temporary server issue. Please wait 5-10 minutes and then retry. If you still receive the error message please contact our support team. Please be sure to mention what device you have and the operating system and the version number of the operating system, and the version number of the Ebook Reader app that you have installed.
