This is an issue some users have reported when signing in to the eBooks.com app. After entering your eBooks.com account details a screen like this is displayed:
But instead of security verification completing and returning to the app, the user is just stuck on this screen.
This is a Cloudflare bot check, and unfortunately the conditions for passing that are not publicized, so we cannot diagnose why this is happening.
But we have found that it tends to happen for users that have certain browsers installed. The Boox NeoBrowser and Ecosia both seem more likely to experience this issue.
If you are experiencing this problem please try installing a different browser. Our users have reported that downloading either Chrome or Firefox and then retrying the app login resolved the issue.
If you try a different browser an still experience the same issue, please take a screenshot of the screen that includes the URL in the address bar and send it to us by completing our support form to submit a ticket to our customer support. Please also state which browsers you tried that experienced the issue, and the device you are using and it's operating system version number.
