Occasionally when having issues with the Online Reader the solution will involve needing to clear your browser's cache (cookies and temporary internet files). Depending on your browser (and the version number) the steps needed to do this may vary. Below are some examples, but it may vary slightly for your browser.
Chrome
* Click the menu icon (three vertical dots) in the top right of the browser
* Click on 'Settings' in the menu
* Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on 'Advanced'
* Under the heading "Privacy and security" click on 'Clear browsing data'
* Make sure the checkboxes for "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data" are ticked
* Click the 'CLEAR BROWSING DATA' button
Internet Explorer
* Click the menu icon (gear/cog) in the top right of the browser
* Click on 'Internet options' in the menu
* Under the heading "Browsing history" click the 'Delete...' button
* Make sure the checkboxes for "Temporary Internet files and website files" and "Cookies and website data" are ticked
* Click the 'Delete' button
Firefox
* Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top right of the browser
* Click on the 'Options' button
* Click on 'Privacy & Security' in the left hand menu
* Under the heading "History" click the hyperlink that says 'clear your recent history'
* Make sure the checkboxes for "Cookies" and "Cache" are ticked
* Click the 'Clear Now' button
Safari
* Click the menu icon (gear/cog) in the top right of the browser
* Click on 'Preferences' in the menu
* Click on the 'Privacy' tab
* Click the 'Remove All Website Data...' button
* Click the 'Remove Now' button
Edge
* Click the menu icon (three horizontal dots) in the top right of the browser
* Click on 'Settings' in the menu
* Under the heading "Clear browsing data" click the 'Choose what to clear' button
* Make sure the checkboxes for "Cookies and saved website data" and "Cached data and files" are ticked
* Click the 'Clear' button
