Thorium Reader is free ebook reader software provided by EDRLab.
Thorium Reader is available for Windows, Mac, and Linux computers. At the moment we recommend it for reading DRM-free ebooks only. But we will soon be adding support for Readium LCP (DRM), which means Thorium Reader will be able to open all ebooks purchased from eBooks.com.
To install Thorium Reader first please check the minimum system requirements to make sure that your computer meets the requirements. As of writing, the latest version of Thorium (3.2) has the following system requirements:
MacOS: Big Sur or later.
Windows: Windows 10 or later.
Linux:
- Ubuntu: 18.04 or later
- Fedora 32 or later
- Debian 10 or later
You can check the latest minimum requirements, and download the software install file from EDRLab's website here:
Once the download has completed, click on the downloaded setup file to run the install wizard.
Follow the steps on screen until the wizard says that installation is complete.
