This error (normally proceeded by a Download Pending message) can occur when you click to download your ebook (lcpl file) and for some reason our LCP encryptor cannot encrypt the file.

We have backup systems in place if the encryptor ever stops working, so please wait 5 to 10 minutes and retry the download in case it was a temporary issue and the encryptor needed to restart.

If you still receive this message please complete our support form to submit a ticket to our customer support. Please state which of your ebooks is giving this error. We will then investigate and resolve the issue.
