When you purchase a printed book sometimes it allows access to supplementary materials on a companion website, or via a CD-ROM packaged inside the book.
With the ebook version it is not possible to supply a CD-ROM, so normally any extra content is provided on the publisher's website. Usually there is a link within the ebook itself to the supplementary content. Sometimes as the first or last page in the ebook, or on the imprint page, or just after the table of contents.
Sometimes the link is not within the ebook, or their website requires an access code that is not in the ebook. In these instances please contact our support team and quote the ebook title and our support team will be able to provide the access code and/or link to the supplementary materials.
Occasionally the supplementary materials are not available because the ebook is newly published and the publisher has not yet uploaded the content. More commonly if materials are not available it is because the publisher only makes it available exclusively to customers that purchase directly from them, or because they no longer have the supplementary material, or are unable to make it available online. If this is the case they may remove any reference to the supplementary material from the book cover and/or product information, but they leave reference to it in the ebook text itself. If this happens to you and you would prefer not to keep the ebook please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a refund or store credit.
