This error message is received when there is an issue with the acsm file. Either it has already been used and has now expired, or you have attempted to open it twice in the same or different software.

Try deleting the acsm file and signing in to your eBooks.com account and downloading a new acsm file. If you still get the same error message, then in order to fix this we need to reset your download licence.

Please contact our support team stating the error message E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER, also state which book you are having this issue with.

Once we have reset your download licence we will ask you to clear your browser's cache / temporary internet files and retry the download by going to eBooks.com and clicking the Download button again (not using any existing URL_Link.acsm download file). If that doesn't work we suggest trying a different browser (for instance switch from Google Chrome to Microsoft Edge) and retrying the download.
