If you can't remember the password for your ByteBooks account, or you just need to reset the password for any reason, please follow these steps:

• In your web browser go to: https://dtsbytebooks.com/forgot-password
• Enter your email address and then click "Send Verification Code".
• ByteBooks will send an email to your email address with a six digit code (a One Time Password / OTP). Copy the code and enter it in the "OTP" field. Please note the OTP code expires after 10 minutes so please be sure to complete this process immediately.
• Then type in your new password in the "New Password" field, then repeat it in the "Confirm Password" field.
• Finally click "SUBMIT".

The website will then display the message "Password reset verified successfully!" confirming that your password has been changed.
