If you haven't yet installed Adobe Digital Editions please follow these steps on Installing Adobe Digital Editions (ADE) on your computer. After installation please also authorise the software with an Adobe ID. Instructions for doing this are here. Once that is complete you are ready to download your purchase.

In order to download eBooks in either the PDF or the ePub for Adobe Digital Editions formats, please follow these steps:

Begin by using your computer browser to log in to your eBooks.com account at https://www.ebooks.com/account/login.

Click on the 'download' button next to the title of the book.  That will open up a page with two buttons, one to download Adobe Digital Editions (ADE), and the second to download the eBook itself. You must download, install and authorise Adobe Digital Editions prior to downloading your eBook.

Click on the green download button marked 'Download in PDF/EPUB format'.

Your browser may open a dialog box asking if you wish to save or open the URLLink.acsm file. This is the file that Adobe Digital Editions will use to request the ebook file from our fulfilment server. Please choose to open the file in Adobe Digital Editions.

Adobe Digital Editions will open and your book should begin downloading. Once the download has finished the ebook will be opened to the first page, ready for reading.
