If you haven't yet installed Adobe Digital Editions please follow these steps on Installing Adobe Digital Editions (ADE) on your computer. After installation please also authorise the software with an Adobe ID. Instructions for doing this are here. Once that is complete you are ready to download your purchase.

In order to download eBooks in either the PDF or the ePub for Adobe Digital Editions formats, please follow these steps:

Begin by using your computer browser to log in to your eBooks.com account at https://www.ebooks.com/account/login.

In your account section select "My eBooks/My Bookshelf", then click the "Download" button of the ebook you want to download

On the next screen instead of clicking the green "Launch Reader App" button, click the "Download to Windows or Mac" link under the heading "Other Ways to Read"

If you have already installed and authorised Adobe Digital Editions you can ignore step 1. If not, you must download, install and authorise Adobe Digital Editions prior to downloading your eBook. Once done you can continue.

Scroll down and click "(2) Then download your ebook", then click the button to download in ePub or PDF format (depending on which format is available for your ebook)

Your browser may open a dialog box asking if you wish to save or open the URLLink.acsm file. This is the file that Adobe Digital Editions will use to request the ebook file from our fulfilment server. Please choose to open the file in Adobe Digital Editions.

Adobe Digital Editions will open and your book should begin downloading. Once the download has finished the ebook will be opened to the first page, ready for reading.
