This error usually occurs when the ebook is not actually in your My Digital Editions folder (located in your My Documents folder), even though it appears to be in your library when you open the Digital Editions program. The solution to this problem is:

1. Delete the eBook from Adobe Digital Editions:
  - Open the Adobe Digital Editions program
  - At the top, click on "Library"
  - Click the title that you need to delete
  - Click the arrow next to it, then
  - Select "Delete"

2. Download the eBook again from eBooks.com
  - Log in to your bookshelf to download the eBook again here:
