Please note that XTEINK devices are not compatible with ebooks that have DRM applied. If you have purchased an ebook that is DRM protected please see these other ways to read.

If you want to make sure you purchase only DRM-free ebooks, please see our guide on buying DRM-free ebooks.

But once you have made your purchase, to transfer your ebook to your XTEINK device please follow these steps:

To transfer from PC:

• If you haven't already, sign in to eBooks.com and go to your My Bookshelf page
• Click on the ebook you want to download
• Download the DRM-free ebook file to somewhere accessible on your computer
• Connect your XTEINK device to your computer with a compatible USB connection
• Open the upper-right menu on your reader
• Select USB Mode
• When the device appears on the computer, copy the compatible book file to it

To transfer from Mobile (XTEINK app):

• If you haven't already, sign in to eBooks.com and go to your My Bookshelf page
• Click on the ebook you want to download
• Download the DRM-free ebook file to your iOS or Android device
• Bind your XTEINK device to the XTEINK app
• Connect the reader to Wi-Fi
• Open the Devices tab in the app and select your reader
• Tap Import and choose the compatible book file on your phone
• On your reader, open the upper-right menu and select Cloud Sync
