If you checked out as a guest then you opted to not create an account in order to purchase your ebook. But you still need to create an account at a later date to access your purchase. You should have received an order confirmation email which contains a link inviting you to create your account. If you can't find the email or you are having difficulty creating your account please contact our support team. Please quote your invoice/receipt number for your order.
If you didn't check out as a guest then please note that passwords are case sensitive, and your username should be your email address. Also please note that your Adobe ID is different from your eBooks.com account login details.
If you still cannot log in, use the 'Forgot password?' feature on the eBooks.com login page to have your username emailed to you.
If you still cannot log in, or you haven't received the password email (sometimes it can be filtered as junkmail) please contact our support team. Please quote your invoice/receipt number for your order and/or the email address you used as your username when contacting us so we can locate your account.
If you can log in but your ebooks are not showing in your bookshelf then this is a separate issue. Please see My ebook purchases are not showing in my account.
